【摘要】 采用自制冷冻车床加工切削角膜成为平镜治疗５例角膜中央无瘢痕形成的圆锥角膜，平均随访０．５—１年，全部透明成功，角膜曲率明显减少，裸眼视力提高，矫正视力０．２、０．４和０．８各１例，０．６的２例。该５例为初步尝试。认为表面镜片术为治疗圆锥角膜提供了一种理想、安全、有效的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 ive eyes of keratoconus were performed with epikeratophakia. The authors used self-made corneal lens-es by a rapid metho.The follow-up was 0.5-1 year,The graft of 5 eyes was transparent.The corneal curva-ture was markedly flatted to reduce myopia. The corrected visual acuity was improved in 5 cases. The correct-ed vision was 0.8,0.4,0. 2 for each one of 3 cases and 0.6 in the other 2 cases after operation.
