2-胂酸基-4-甲基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与镍的显色反应研究及应用
Color Reaction of 2-Arsono-4-methylphenyl diazoaminoazobenzene with Nickel and Its Anal ytical Appl ication
【摘要】 作者将新合成的显色剂2-胂酸基-4-甲基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯用于Ni的分光光度分析。在pH11.2的Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH缓冲介质中,非离子型表面活性剂OP存在下,试剂与Ni(Ⅱ)生成组成为2:1的稳定红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于538nm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε_538=1.92×10 ̄5L·mol ̄-1·cm ̄-1,Ni量在0~0.32μg/ml范围符合比尔定律。用该法测定了铝合金及硫化镍矿石中的微量Ni,结果与推荐值相符,RSD(n=5)小于5%。
【Abstract】 sensitive color reaction of Ni(Ⅱ)with a new reagent 2-arsono-4-methylphenyl-diazoaminoazobenzene has been studied.Astable red complex is formed in a medium of pH 10.8~11.5 and in the presence of OP. The ratio of Ni(Ⅱ)to the reagent in the complex is found tobe 1 :2.The apparent molar absorptivity measured is 1.92×10 ̄5L·mol ̄-1· Cm ̄-l at 538 nm.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.32μg/ml.The method has been applied to thedetermination of Ni in aluminium allovs and Ores with satisfactory results.
