【Abstract】 42 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group 21 cases, treated with homemade nolmodipine and control group(2l cases, treated with Homemadenimoldipinen)and control group(21 cases treatment with low molecular dextran pluscomposite red sage injection). The total effective rates were 90 % (treatment group)and62%(control group).The difference was significant(P<0.05). The results in the tecatmentgroup was satisfactory.
