丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物在硫酸存在下的水解及磺化反应的研究
STUDY ON SIMULTANEOUS HYDROLYSIS AND SULFONATION OF ACRYLONITRILES-STYRENE COPOLYMER BY SULFURIC ACID
【摘要】 不同比例的丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物在浓度76%一96%的硫酸中于95一98℃下同时进行水解及磺化,得到了可用作抗盐耐温泥浆稳定剂的水溶性高分子化合物。研究了丙烯腈与苯乙烯的组成、硫酸浓度对水解及磺化反应的影响。产物用红外光谱及电导滴定进行了表征。
【Abstract】 The simultaneous hydrolysis and sulfonation of emulsion acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer of different composition(AN:St=90:10,80:20,70:30,60:40,50:50)are conducted in sulfuric acid of different concentration(96%,90%,85%,80%,75%) at 95-100℃in 4 hrs and a series of samples of water-soluble bydrolyzedsulfonated AN-ST copolymer,HSAS,are obtained.The IR data and conductometric titration result show that these samples contain phenyl,sulfophenyl,carboxyl,amide,imide and possibly residual nitrile radicals and the concentration of sulfuric acid should be≥80% to prepare HSAS samples with sulfo content not too low.The aimed product is for drilling mud stabilization.
