固井水泥防气窜剂应用效果比较

【摘要】 本文介绍了三类固井水泥防气窜剂(发气剂、不渗透剂和凝胶强度滞后剂)的作用机理和一些常用产品的现场应用效果。分析比较表明发气剂的防气窜能力最好。

【Abstract】 In this article the results of field uses of various gas channeling inhibitors for oill well cement are reviewed and discussed in terms of their functions in cement slurries on the basis of literature data. These are : gas-generating/expansive agents KQ-B, ZG3 and D27 (home made), non-permeation agents G60. G69 (home made) and D600(Dowells) , and delayed gel strength agent (appeared recently in US). Of them gas-generating/expansive agents are prefered as more effective ones.
