几种卟啉及其配合物合成方法的改进
The Improved Synthesis of Some Porphyrins and Thier Metal Complexes
【摘要】 <正> 合成水溶性卟啉的方法之一是先以Alder方法得到卟啉基本骨架,再在卟啉环周边接上不同取代基,使之成为水溶性卟啉。如水溶性四—[对磺酸基苯基]卟啉,碘化四—[4—(N,N,N—三甲基)苯胺基]卟啉。由于经典的Alder方法产率低,特别是对于meso位有强推电子基团的卟啉产率更低,若以此类卟啉为骨架合成水溶性卟啉困难很多。因此,寻找此类卟啉的新合成方法是非常有意义的。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of tetrakis (4-N, N dimethylaniline) porphyrin (H2TMAP) with electron-withdrawing group on meso site was improved. The yeild was increased from below 5% to 23%. A-new water soluble tetrakis-(4-N, N,’ N dimethylpropanesulfonicaniline) porphyrin (H2TMAPTPS) was synthesized directly from H2TMAP and various metalloporphyrins (M/TMAPTPS, M’ = Co, Zn, Cu, Ni, Mg, Mn) were prepared. These metalloporphyrin complexes were characterized by IR, UV-vis spectroscopy and element analysis. The synthetic method was discussed.
