体外循环期间血小板活化、释放和超微结构的变化及黄连素保护作用的临床研究

【摘要】 体外循环手术病人20例,随机分为对照组和黄连素应用组,每组10例。结果表明体外循环期间对照组血小板计数明显下降,而β-血小板球蛋白、血小板第4因子、血小板表面α-颗粒膜蛋白、血栓烷B2、5-羟色胺等均显著升高;电镜示血小板聚集、脱颗粒、破碎、微管扩张。实验组各项检测指标及电镜观察均显著优于对照组。本文认为黄连素是有效的体外循环期间血小板保护药物。

【Abstract】 20 Cases undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass heart operation are randomly divided into Control Group and Berberine Group, 10 cases in each. The result has shown that the plate1et counts (PTC) of Control Group declines obviously during cardiopulmonary bypass, whereas &thromboglobu1in (β-TG) ;platelet factor 4 (PF4) ; α-granule membrane protein (GMP-140) on the surface of platelet; thromboxane B2 (TXB2); 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT) are all elevated rernarkably and through electron microscope. We can see the phenomena of platelet aggregation, platelet excreted ganule contents into open canalicular system, crush and enlargement of microtubules. On the contrary. in the Berberine Group distinct improvement can all be observed in above mentioned conditions as compared with the Control Group. The author’s opinion is that berberine is an effective medicine for the protection of platelet.
