【摘要】 对24名运动员分别服用补肾Ⅰ口服液（补肾组）、补脾Ⅰ号口服液（补脾组）及一般含糖口服液（对照组）前后机能状态及运动能力进行综合观察。结果显示:服药前后,补肾组4mM乳酸阈时功率由188.75±4.61W上升到204.5±9.32W,P<0.05;定量负荷运动后5’血乳酸值由10.58±O.96mM下降到9.15±1.15mM,P<0.05;运动后10’血乳酸值由9.38±1.03mM下降到7.85±1.16mM,P<0.05;30秒无氧功率峰值（An₂）由640.88±36.7W上升到673.00±30.4W,P<0.01;补脾组血清安静IgM由88.75±14.48mg/dl上升到137.85±15.17mg/dl,P<0.05;血红蛋白值由14.79±0.42g％上升到15.26±0.5g％,P<0.05。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two kinds of Chinese tonics which can respectively tonify the kidney ( TTK ) and reinforce the spleen ( RTS ) were produced. Twenty-four male athletes,aged 18 to 23 years old,were randomly divided into three groups. TTK group, RTS group and the control group.The subjects drank TTK, RTS tonics and placeboes ( 10ml, Bid ) for four weeks respectively. The aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, immunoglobulin ( IgG,IgM,IgA) and hemoglobin ( HB ) were investigated before and four weeks after drinking the tonics and placeboes.The changes tested four weeks after drinking TTK were as follows.(1)4mM lactic anaerobic threshold increased from 1S8.75±4.61W to 204.50±9.32W(P<0.05);(2) Blood lactate decreased from 10.58±0.96mM/L to 9.15±1.15mM/L (P<0.05)and from 9.38±1.03mM/L to 7.85±1.16mM/L(P<0.05)in 5 minutes and 10 minutes after exercise respectively;( 3 ) An2 increased from 640.88±36.71W to 673.00±30.4W(P<0.01). The changes after drinking RTS for four weeks included.( a ) IgM increased from 88.75±l4.46mg/dl to 137.85±15.17mg/dl (P< 0.05);( b ) Hb increased from 14.73 ±0.4.2g% to 15.26±0.59g%(P<0 .05).The results showed that the two kinds of Chinese tonics may improve athletes’performance in various degrees.更多还原
