【摘要】 本文主要讨论ＳｉＯ＿２对ＴｉＯ＿２系压敏陶瓷电性能的影响，并从理论上作了深入分析。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the influences of SiO2 dopant on characteristics of varistor ceramics,and makes a deep analysis theoretically.
