【摘要】 本文采用按年龄的身高与体重,以及按身高的体重之百分位数法,综合三项指标,评价宜春城区地直单位1485名7岁以下儿童的营养状况。其结果表明该群儿童营养正常率为86.01％,营养失衡率为13.9％,其中营养过度(肥胖)率为4.59％,营养不良率为9.40％。营养不良率显著高于肥胖率,提示营养失衡仍以营养不良为主,加强儿童营养仍是儿童保健的重点。本资料肥胖率为国内外报道的两倍,提示营养过度问题亦不可忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nutrient state of 1485 children of 0-7 years old in urban city ofYichun were evaluated according to the percentage of height and weight. The result showed the rate of normal ,insufficient and excessive nutrition were 86. 01%, 13. 93%,4. 59% respectively, and the rate of malnutrition was 9. 4%. It is found that the rate of malnutrition is more than the rate of excessive nutriton.So it is important for us to improve the nutrition for children and not to ignore the problem of excessive nutrition.更多还原
