【Abstract】 The effects of Aspirin(ASA),Oxyfedrine(OXY)and ASA+OXY on plateletaggregation and generation of thrombosis werestudied.ASA and OXY respectively inhibitedplatelet aggregation in vivo induced by ADP andexperimenta cerebral thrombosis,and postPonedthe time of thrombosis induced by eletrical stimulation of the carotid artery in rate,also reducedthe death rate resulted from pulmonary thrombosis induced by inducer composed of collagen andepinephrine(iv)in mice.The effects Of combination of ASA and OXY markedly increased.Meanwhile,all of those effects showed good dose-dependent manner.更多还原
