【摘要】 24只家兔(48只眼)滤过术后,随机分为高三尖杉酯碱组、5-FU 组、对照组,每组16只眼。术后第1周内每日一次、第2周内隔日一次,分别球结膜下注射高三尖杉酯碱0.06mg、5-FU5mg、注射用水0.2ml。结果显示:与对照组相比,高三尖杉酯碱与5-FU 皆具有明显抑制纤维增殖的功效,在眼压控制、滤枕持续天数方面,二者作用相当。而结膜下纤维细胞数目观察,高三尖杉酯碱明显优于5-FU 组,且高三尖杉酯碱副作用发生率较5-FU 低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-four rabbits(48 eyes)which underwent trabeculectomy were divided into three groups.Group 1(16 eyes)received 0.2ml(0.06mg)subconjunctival homoharringtonine qd in the first week and qod in the second week.Group 2(16 eyes)received 0.2ml (5mg)subconjunctival 5-FU,and group 3(16 eyes) received 0.2ml saline,both in the same manner as in group 1.The result showed that IOP and persis- tence of the bleb were similar in group 1 and group 2.Histologic examination in group 1 showed a better picture than that of group 2,and complications in group 1 were also fewer.更多还原
