【摘要】 采用硫代巴比妥酸法，探讨了茫崖及涞源温石棉对肺泡巨噬细胞的脂质过氧化作用。结果表明，两种温石棉与巨噬细胞温育后，其反应体系中丙二醛水平升高，且与石棉剂量及温育时间有关。说明两者可致肺泡巨噬细胞脂质过氧化。柠檬酸铝可明显抑制两种温石棉对细胞的损伤，但对其脂质过氧化作用的抑制则较弱。提示脂质过氧化与温石棉的细胞损伤作用似无直接联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 ffects of lipid peroxidation of Mangaiand Laiyuan chrysotile on alveolar macrophageswere studied by thiobarbituric acidassay. The results demonstrated that afterincubation with macrophages, both kindsof chrysotile could increase the concentra- tion of MDA In the reaction system, andwith time and dose depedent manner, indica- ting that they could induce lipid peroxidation. Alummium citrate could obviously inhibit in-jurious effects on macrophages by chrysotile,but had weaker inhibition on chrysotile-in-duced lipid peroxidation.So,lipid peroxida tionmight not be directly responsible for chryso-tile-Dinduced cell injuty.更多还原
