【摘要】 临床上如何进行甲襞微循环的综合定量分析是目前比较迫切需要解决的问题，我们使用赵克森氏时－空域图像分析法测定了粤东地区241例健康人甲襞微循环正常参考值。发现各年龄组均有其特征性表现，其主要差异是从老年前期起血液流速变慢，统计学资料有显著性差异：＞６１岁组与５１～６０岁组比较0．01＜P＜０．０５，与21～50岁组比较P＜０．０１；甲襞微循环综合积分值中，青年组在正常范围，老年前期起积分值逐步上升，＞61岁的老年组积分最高，各级间有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。而各组中性别差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is urgent to solve the problem, that is how to analyse multiple grantitative of nailfold microcirculation. According to the Image Analysic of Zhao keseng’s T-S, we measured the normal parameters of nailfold microcirculation in 241 health cases. The results showed the main difference among different age groups was that the blood flow velocity became slower from earlier stage of the old. Statistical results showed that the difference was significant, (>61yr. group and 51~60yr. group, 0. 01<P<0. 05; >61yr. group and 21~50yr. group P<0. 01). In total multiple scores of nailfold microcirculation, it was within the normal range in youth group, It was gradually increased in earlier stage of the old. The scores of th6 older than 61 years old group was the highest. Among the groups, there were very significant difference(P<0. 01) and no significant difference (P>0. 05) in sex.更多还原
