钴粉制取过程的显微图象变化及其对WC-Co混合料均匀性的影响
Change of Micrographs during Co Powder Production and Its Influence on Characters of WC--Co Mixture
【摘要】 利用扫描电子显微镜实验手段,从微观结构上详细对比了草区钻、氧化钻及以二者为原料制取的金属钴份的显微图象变化;阐述了由草酸钴直接还原制取的钴粉和由氧化钴还原的钴粉,在制备WC-Co混合料时工艺性能的差别。
【Abstract】 A SEM study is made on Co oxalate, Co oxide and Co metalpowders obtained from above sources. Detailed micros tructure comparison shows the change of their micrographs. Technological propertiesof WC--Co mixtures made from both powders are not the same. Presentpaper giyes a description of their influence.
