【摘要】 研究目的探讨平顶山市干部队伍的心身健康状况。研究背景心理卫生是综合医院的死角之一，为此，首次在干部体检进行心身健康调查。研究方法在1420应检者中随机抽样120人，应用艾森克个性量表（成人）、疾病症状自我评定量表、生活事件量表进行评定。躯体疾病检查由其他人完成。对资料完整的106人进行综合分析。结果躯体疾病排前5位的是高血脂症、高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病、脑中风。疾病症状评定量表单因子偏高者9人，占8．5％，依次为强迫3人，心因性抑郁2人，焦虑2人，人际关系敏感2人。结论平顶山市干部队伍中确实存在心理卫生问题，且与躯体疾病的发生、发展、治疗有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 To search for the problems of psychosomatic health of Pingdingshan cadre ranks.Background The psychogenic hygiene is one blind angle in the general hospital therefore we made first psychosomahc health investigation in the physical examination of cadres.Methods We sampled random 120 cases from 1420 cadres examined, then we used the individual rating scale (adult) including evaluating rating scale of disease symptoms and rating scale of life event. The somatic disease was examined by other physician. The 106 cases with complete materials were synthetically analysed and statistically handled.Results The somatic disease were hyperlipemia, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and brain apoplexy in order proper order. The single factor in rating scale of disease symptoms was higher for 9 cases accounted for 8.5%. The were 3 cases with compulsion, psychological depression, 2 cases with sentive relations with people in proper order.Couclution This investigation showed psychosomatic health condition of cadres in Pingdingshan city. It provided objective basis of macroscopic model for management, medical treatment, conservency and rehabilitation. It also explained that propaganda of psychogenic hygieneshould be extended.更多还原
