【摘要】 研究目的探讨血管运动性鼻炎手术治疗的有效方法。研究背景翼管神经切断求治疗血管运动性鼻炎的效果不理想。近年来发现，筛前神经也含有副交感神经，下鼻甲粘膜内有副交感神经丛。研究方法设计了灼断筛前神经及切除部分下鼻甲粘膜的手术方法。通过手术效果与文献报告比较，对该手术方法的可行性作出结论。结果共手术36例。显效22例，占61％；有效13例，占36％；无效1例，占3%。经6～12个月随访，症状打分同术后。结论该手术方法是目前治疗血管运动性鼻炎的首选方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research an effective method of the operation treatment for vasomotor rhinitis.Background The oporation treatment for vasomotor rhinitis by cutting off canalis pterygoid nervus is not very effective. Recently findings that there are some parasymathetic nerves in anterior ethmoidal nervus and in inferior turbinate mucous.Methods Having designed an operation method by burning off anterior ethmoial nervus and removing partial inferior turbinal mucous. Compared with the inference material by operahons effect Statistics. An conclusion has been drawn for the feasibility of the operation method.Results 36 cases were operatCd with this method. 22 cases (61%) were effective obviously,13 cases (36%) were effecacious, 1 case (3%) no effective. Followed up for 6~12 months, the given markings of symptom were as the same as after operation at once.Coeclution The method of the operation is the best one that is used for vasomotor rhinitis.更多还原
