氯氧镁水泥制品起霜现象的原因及消除方法

【摘要】 XRD分析表明制品表面白霜的主要组成是5·1·8相和碳氯氧镁相.文中认为表面起霜现象与环境温度和湿度、配比、氯氧镁水泥的耐水性密切相关.并据此分析了起霜机理及提出了消霜的方法.
【Abstract】 XRD analysis indicates that the efflorescence on product surface consists of phase 5 ·1 ·8 and carbonic magnesium oxychloride. It is considered in this article that the efflorescence phenomenon is related closely to the temperature and moisture around environment , raw mix proportion and water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement. According to the above relativity, the efflorescence echanism has been analyzed and the efflorescence e-limination method has been suggested as well.
