【摘要】 本文报告,以阿苯达唑600mg合并复方甲苯咪唑6片(每片含甲苯咪唑100mg,左旋咪唑25mg),1.5d 3次分服.1月后复查,钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫的虫卵阴转率分别为96.2%,100.0%和75.0%.虫卵减少率为99.9%、100.0%和93.5%.服药后5d内排虫情况,对蛔虫驱虫效果最快,前3d的排虫数占总排虫量的95.0%;钧虫次之,第2—4d的排虫数占总排虫的91.0%;对鞭虫的驱虫效果较慢,排虫量从第3d开始上升,至第5d达高峰,显示鞭虫排虫时间较长.观察180例服药者,出现10例副反应,副反应率为5.6%.结果提示,两药伍用驱除肠道线虫较单药常用量疗效更优、疗程缩短,且副反应未见增加.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the therapeutic effect of Albendazole (600mg) in combination with compound Mebendazole (each tablet contains mebendazole 100mg and levimisole 25mg),6 tablets,given for 3 times in 1. 5d. Reexamination one month after treatment showed that the negative rate for hookworm infection, ascariasis and trichiasis was 99.9%, 100. 0% and 93. 5% respectively. The worm expelling result in 5 d after taking the drugs showed best effi-cacy on ascariasis,the number of the expelled worms in the first 3 d reached 95.0% of the total expelling number. Hookworm was the next,the number of the expelled worms between 2 -4 d reached 91. 0% of the total. Trichiasis showed a slower speed for worm expelling,the number for the expelled worms elevated on the 3rd d and reached the climax on the 5th d. So it showed that the time to expel trichiasis was longer. 10 out of 180 medicine takers had side effects with a rate of 5.6% . This study suggests that the combined administration of alben-dazole and compound mebendazole had better effect on expelling intestinal nematodes than ei-ther one drug used alone,and it also showed the advantage of shortened therapeutic course with no increase of side effect.更多还原
