【Abstract】 Domestic rabbits infected with schistosomiasis were treated with a single dose of 100mg/ kg of praziquantel in the early growing stage of adult schistosome (worm age 25-35d). It was found that fever,hepatosplenomegaly and the attack of acute schistosomiasis were con-trolled. The rate of worm reduction was 94.22%-100%.更多还原
