【摘要】 用马洛替酯治疗晚期血吸虫病85例,每例均有临床诊断证据.每日剂量为600mg,分3次口服、连续3个月.结果能使患者症状减轻或消除,血清白蛋白上升至正常水平,MAO下降,改善肝功能;Th/TS比值上升,免疫功能得到调整;B超显示门脉管径缩小到门脉高压指标以下,腹水消退.治毕1年随访疗效稳定.更多还原

【Abstract】 85 patients with advanced schistosomiasis-were treated with Malotilate. All of these cases had definite clinical diagnosis. The drug was given in doses of 200 mgχ3d for 3 moths suc-ceccively.The result of this study suggests that Malotilate therapy can relieve or eliminate the clinical symptoms of advanced schistosomiasis with serum albumin raised to normal level, MAO reduced and liver function recovered. The Th/Ts value was raised and immune function adjusted. The caliber of portal vein was diminished to the degree lower than the index of portal hyper tension and with ascites eliminated. The effect was stable in the follow up study 1 year after treatment.更多还原
