【摘要】 本文报道吡喹酮肌肉注射制剂治疗实验感染家兔、水牛血吸虫病的杀虫效果、血药浓度和组织病理学变化的结果.10%肌注剂15和25mg/kg治疗水牛血吸虫病的减雌率均为100%,减虫率为59.2%及81.9%.制剂无副作用,使用方便.血药浓度测定30mg/kg肌注组注射后0.5h达1297μg/ml,是同剂量口服组的3.7倍,是15mg/kg肌注组的3倍.并就肌注剂杀灭雌虫的意义及作用机制进行了讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 The present article reported the therapeutic effects of Praziquantel administred intra-muscularly to experimentally infected domestic rabbits and water buffalo with Schistosoma japonicum by means of special reference to effective blood concentration and histopathology. The female worm reduction in water buffaloes using 10% Praziquantel preparation i. m. at 15-15mg/kg were 100% while worm reduction was 59. 2%-89. 2%.The preparation was safe,without side effects,easy to handle and administer. The drug concentration in blood of the group with 30mg/kg i. m. was l 300μg/ml at 0.5 h,which was two times as high as that of the same dosage per os, and three times as high as that of the 15 mg/kg i. m.更多还原
