快速检测血吸虫循环抗原EIA-kit的应用研究

【摘要】 应用快速检测血吸虫CAg的EIA-kit检测各期血吸虫病人血清,对急性血吸虫病的阳性率为100.0%(45/45);对慢性血吸虫病的阳性率为94.8%(530/559);但对晚期病人的检出率仅52.4%(66/126).该试剂盒与Kato-Katz法、粪孵法平行检测112例血吸虫病人,Kato-Katz法1次仅能查出54.5%(61/112);孵化法1次查出75.9%(85/112);EIA-kitl次即能查出96.4%(108/112).与常用查抗体的方法平行检测109例血吸虫病人血清,CAg阳性率为92.9%、IHA为96.9%、COPT为83.7%、ELISA为98.5%.对血吸虫病人治疗效果考核表明,治后3月CAg转阴率为79.7%、6月为86.1%、1年为91.3%.经实验室和现场应用表明该试剂盒检测CAg有较高的敏感性和特异性.

【Abstract】 EIA-kits for rapid detection of circulating antigen(CAg)of Schistosoma japonicum were used to examine serum samples from patients with schistosomiasis of different stages. The postive rate was 100%(45/45) for acute cases, 94.8%(530/559) for chronic cases and 52. 4%(66/126)for the late cases. This method was also used in paralel with Kato -Katz and fecal hatching methods for 112 cases of schistosomiasis. The positive rate was 54.5% by Kato-Katz and 75- 9%(85/112) by fecal hatching method positive with the first specimen, while 96.4% (108/110) by the EIA-kits.Serum samples from 109 cases with schistosomiasis were tested by this method in com-parison with those tests for antibody,such as IHA,COPT and ELISA. The positive rate was 92. 9% by EIA for CAg,against 96. 9% by IHA.83.7% by COPT and 98. 5% by ELISA. The theraputic effect was assessed by using EIA for CAg,and the reversion rate after treatment was 79. 7% by 3 months,86.1% by 6 months and 91. 3% by l year. Results of trial of the EIA for CAg showed that this method had high sensitivity and specificity both in laboratory and in field.
