蔗渣碱木质素制紫丁香醛和香兰素的研究──Ⅱ.紫丁香醛和香兰素的分离提纯
A study on preperation of syringaldehyde and vanillin from bagasse alkali-lignin Ⅱ.Seperation and purification of syringaldehyde and vanillin
【摘要】 用亚硫酸氢纳溶液萃取,真空蒸馏,醛氨络合,重结晶和升华等方法,分离和提纯蔗渣碱木质素碱性氧化产物紫丁香醛和香兰素。精制紫丁香醛和香兰素的纯度为99.4%和980%,其提纯得率分别为62.4%和63.3%。
【Abstract】 Syringaldehyde(S) and vanillin(V) could be sepeated from oxidized mixture of begassealkali-lignin by sodium bisulfite solution extraction distiilation, selective precipitation of sy-ringaldehyde-ammonia complex from aqueous mathanol, recrystallization, sublimation etc. Thepurity of purified S and V was 99. 4% and 98. 0%, and the yields were 62. 4% and 63. 3%respectively.
