【摘要】 观察了20例冠心病的血液流变学的改变,均显示其不同程度的血液高粘滞度。其中10例使用了眼镜蛇毒M组分治疗。与对照组(10例)相比较,治疗组的血液高粘滞度得到缓解。并对眼镜蛇毒M组分的去纤、溶栓以及抑制血小板聚集功能的作用加以讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The change of hemorheology were observed in 20 patients with coronary heart disease, various high blood viscosity were presented. 10 patients received the therapy with M fraction of naja naja atro, it were compared with the control (10 patients), the high bolld viscosity was remission in therapic section. The author dicusses the effect of M fraction of naja naja atro on the descrease of frbinogen, antithrombotic effect and inhibition platele aggegate function.更多还原
