【摘要】 应用放免法检测了29例生育期特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）女性患者血浆雌二醇（E₂）、睾酮（T）水平,用间接免疫荧光法随机检测了其中22例患者外周血T细胞亚群。与对照组比较:1.ITP患者组E₂水平明显升高,T水平无差异.E₂/T比值明显增高。2.患者组总T细胞无差异,但T辅助细胞（T_h）降低.T抑制细胞（T_s）增高.T_h/T_s比值下降。3.患者组E₂/T与T_h/T_s呈负相关关系.E₂与T₃呈正相关关系。表明:ITP女性患者生育期存在性激素紊乱和细胞免疫异常,且两者之间存在某种关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plasma levels of estradiol (E2), testesterone (T) from 29 cases female patients during child-bearing period with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) were measured by radioimmunoassay. At the same time. T-lympho-cyte subsets in 22 cases out of them were determined randomly using indirect immunofluorescence. The results compared with normal controls showed that; 1. the concentration of E2 and E2/T ratio in patient group were significantly higher than that in normal group (P<0. 01, P<0. 01, respectivelg), there were no differences of T between two groups. 2. the percentage of total T cell in patient group was not different from that in normal group. However, the percentage of helper T cells (Th) was lower and the percentage of suppressor T cell (Ts) was higher in the ITP group than that in the normal group (P<0. 01, P<0. 01, respectively). The patients’ Th/Ts ratio was significantly decreased (P<0. 01). 3. There was negative correlation between E2/T and Th/Ts in the ITP group(r = -0. 8913, P<0. 01), And the patients’ E2 level had correlated positive with the percentage of Ts (r=0. 7703. P<0. 01),The findings indicated that there might be disturbance of sex hormones metablism and abnormality of cell-mediated immunity simultaneously in ITP female patients during child-bearing period.
