脑电地形图及颅脑超声在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病诊断中的应用研究(附35例临床报告)
APPLIED VALUE ON VELOCITY OF CEREBRAL BLOOD FLOW EXAMINED BY CRANIOCEREBRAL ULTRASOUND B AND BRAIN ATLAS IN DIAGNOSIS OF NEWBORN HYPOXIC-ISCHEMIC ENCEPHALOPATHY
【摘要】 本文报导了35例经临床和CT检查确诊的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病。应用颅脑B超检测颅内大动脉血流速度。结果显示31例患儿在急性期脑血流速度减低,2─3周后恢复正常。35例患儿进行了脑电地形图检查,显示HIE患儿出现局灶或弥漫性慢波功率增高,其结果提示这二项检查在早期诊治新生儿HIE上有着重要价值。
【Abstract】 The paper reported 35 cases of newborn hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. This disease was diagnosed by clinical menifestations and brain CT. The examination of velocity of cerebral blood flow showed that the velocity of cerebral blood flow of 31 cases was decreased in acute period and was recovered in two weeks. The examination of brain atlas of 35 cases showed localized or disseminated increased slow power. The paper points out that these two examinations are valuable in premature diagnosis and treatment of newborn hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
