溅射沉积在非晶碳膜基底上的银超微粒其自然演化的TEM分析(Ⅰ)─Ag/Ag2O超微粒的还原富集

【摘要】 氩气中溅射沉积在非晶碳膜基底上的银超微粒最初为内部是Ag、表层是Ag_2O的Ag/Ag_2O超微粒。对存放于自然环境中的样品,通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察发现,21天时物相结构未变,微粒仅出现团聚生长。在40天时,一部份微粒的Ag_2O表层被还原,形成了纯金属Ag超微粒,一部份微粒仍为Ag/Ag_2O超微粒。这两种微粒出现分离富集现象。

【Abstract】 The Ag/Ag2O ultrafine particles were firstly deposited on the amorphous carbon film by sputter- ing.The Ag was inside and the Ag2O was outside. Natural evolution of the particles had not beenchanged but grown with particle aggregation before the 21th day,On the 40th day,Ag2O surface ofsome particules reduced to form the pure Ag porticles, but the other particles were still the Ag/Ag2O.The two types of particles were colesced apart in different area.
