【摘要】 “万农４号”马铃薯茎尖在２５°±１℃、光强２０００ｌｘ，连续光照下培养，适宜的芽分化培养基为ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＢＡ４ｍｇ／Ｌ，生根培养基为ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．４ｍｇ／Ｌ，试管芽在ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＢＡ４ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＡＢＡ４ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基上和５℃黑暗条件下保存３００天，存活率仍高达９３％，而且芽呈绿色，生长健壮。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shoot-tips of potato(Solanum tuberosum L. )cv. ″Wan Nong4″were cultured under thecontrolled condition of 25±1℃with 2000 lx of successive light.The best bud-differentiation androoting were obtained on the medium of MS+0.2mg/LNAA+4mg/L BA and MS+0.4 mg/LNAA, respectively. After 300 days of in vitro preservation under the condition of 5℃and darkon the mediuum of MS+0. 2mg/L NAA+4mg/L BA+4mg/LABA,over 93%of the budssurvived.with green colour and satisfactory growth and differentiation.更多还原
