马铃薯试管芽保存研究
IN VITRO PRESERVATION AND PROPAGATION OF POTATO BUDS
【摘要】 “万农4号”马铃薯茎尖在25°±1℃、光强2000lx,连续光照下培养,适宜的芽分化培养基为MS+NAA0.2mg/L+BA4mg/L,生根培养基为MS+NAA0.4mg/L,试管芽在MS+NAA0.2mg/L+BA4mg/L+ABA4mg/L培养基上和5℃黑暗条件下保存300天,存活率仍高达93%,而且芽呈绿色,生长健壮。
【Abstract】 Shoot-tips of potato(Solanum tuberosum L. )cv. ″Wan Nong4″were cultured under thecontrolled condition of 25±1℃with 2000 lx of successive light.The best bud-differentiation androoting were obtained on the medium of MS+0.2mg/LNAA+4mg/L BA and MS+0.4 mg/LNAA, respectively. After 300 days of in vitro preservation under the condition of 5℃and darkon the mediuum of MS+0. 2mg/L NAA+4mg/L BA+4mg/LABA,over 93%of the budssurvived.with green colour and satisfactory growth and differentiation.
