【摘要】 商洛山区八十年代中期,由于种种原因医务人员不断向山外以及大城市流动,致使商洛地区近年又出现缺医少药现象。为了解决这一问题,商洛地委、行署经过反复研究提出了多渠道为山区人民培养“留得住”的医务人员,同时要求地区卫校要加强医德教育。本文着重介绍了该校几年来,在为山区培训“留得住”医务人员时,在医德教育方面的一些体会。并阐述了对“义务论”和“功利论”冲突的认识:“他律”和“自律”转化的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 As result of many causes, after middle of 1980’s, the medical workers in shangluo left the mountain area for sities so that there are short of medicine in the area in recent years, Shangluo government discusses the problem once and again and points out is should train permanent medical workers for mountain area throug several channels,and meanwhile should strengthen medical moral education to students in medical school in the district. The paper introduces the knowledge the medical school strengthening medical moral education in the meantime of training permanent medical workers for mountain area,and introduces the understanding to the contradiction between volutary and utility, and to the change from being governed by others to self-government.更多还原
