【摘要】 采用SDS—PAGE和EM方法,在503例成人腹泻粪便中检出29例成人轮状病毒。其电泳特征呈4211111排列的11条核酸带,特点是第Ⅰ区3、4带靠的近;第Ⅱ区5、6带靠的近;第Ⅲ区7、8、9三条带间隔相等,距离较近;第Ⅳ区10、11二条带几乎与第Ⅲ区一样,经与已知标准样混合电泳获得ADRV—RNA特征依据,EM下病毒形态结构典型,确定为B组RV。更多还原

【Abstract】 503 feces samples were collected from adult diarrhea patients in Lhasa and Chengdu from Sept, 1990 to March, 1991 and examined with SDS -PAGE and EM. As a result. 29 samples were screened out and suspected to be infected by adult diarrhea rotavirus (ADRV). Their RNA patterns of electrophoresis were characterised by 4211111 genome stripes. There were 11 stripes at all. Stripe 3 was close to stripe 4 , stripe 5 close to stripe 6 and the distances among stripe 7,8 and 9 were same. The findings were similar to the description of ADRV by Hong Tao and suggested that ADRV existed in Lhasa and Chengdu.更多还原
