胎衣不下奶牛产后穴位注射促宫缩药后子宫活动性的研究
A STUDY ON UTERINE MOTILITY ARTER PUERPERAL POINT-INJECTION IN COWS WITH RETAINED FETAL MEMBRANES
【摘要】 采用微型压力传感器,初步研究了16头胎衣不下(RetentionoffetalmembranesRFM)奶牛产后后海穴注射促宫缩药后的子宫活动性(子宫内压变化),及其对滞留胎衣的排出效果。采用放射免疫分析法(Radioimmunoassay,RIA)监测了注射前后血浆孕酮(P4)及17β雌二醇(17β-E2)的水平。结果表明,后海穴注射垂体后叶注射液(PPI,n=6)或甲基硫酸新斯的明注射液(NMSI,n=5)均可增强RFM奶牛产后子宫的活动。PPI组于注射后1h宫缩波幅和子宫活动单位均显著高于注射前(分别为18.7±6.3~14.6±4.8mmHg,P<0.01;88.4±47.2~57.7±29.1,P<0.05),其余增加不显著(P>0.05),对照组钉刺前后子宫活动性无明显变化(P>0.05)。胎衣排出结果:PPI组在注射后6h内和12h内排出胎衣者分别为2/6和4/6NMSI组在注射后6h和12h内排出胎衣者分别为2/5和3/5;对照组在针刺后12h内排出胎衣者为0/5。与对照组比较,后海穴注射PPI或NMSI均未引起外周血浆P1及17β-E2水平的明显变化(P>0.05),RFM奶牛子宫对这2种?
【Abstract】 The uterine motility after puerperal pointt-injection in l6 RFM cows wete studiedusing the induced miniature pressure transducer method.The plasma P4 and l7β-E2concentration befOre and after injection were determined by radiOimmunoassay(RIA).Both posterior pituitary injection(PPI,n=6)and neostigmine methyl sulfate injection(NMSI,n=5)of Houhai Point could increase the uterine motility of puerperal RFMcotVs.At l hour after injection of PPI,the amplitude of contraction and montevideounits、vere significantly higher than those before injection(18.7±6.3~14.6±4.8mmHg,P<0.01;88.4±47.2~57.7±29.1,P<0.05).For control group(n=5),there lvas nosignificant difference before and after acupuncture(P>0.05).In group PPI,2/6 and4l6 of cow5 discharged the afterbirth during 6 and l2 hours after injection respectively.In grol1p NMSI,2/5 and 3/5 of cows discharged the afterbirth during 6 and l2 hoursafter injection respectively.In control group,no cow dischared afterbirth during l2kours after acupuncture. Compared with the control, Houhai Point injection of PPl orNMSI did not cause significant changes of P4 or l7-E2,concentrations(P>0. 05).Thesensitivity of RFM cow s uterus to these two drubirs had no significant relationsbip withplasma P4 or l7β-E2 concentration.
