【摘要】 应用紫阳县硒中毒地块玉米对山羊进行实验研究，结果复制出了慢性硒中毒的动物模型，试验组（日粮含硒11．０３０４ｐｐｍ）于饲喂后第６０ｄ出现中毒症状，表现精神萎靡，食欲不振，被毛易脱落，皮肤有痒感，异嗜，心跳加速，呼吸困难，于第７６～９８ｄ死亡。病理变化：心肌变性、充血、水肿，局灶坏死与纤维化，肺淤血、水肿、出血、肝变性、局灶性坏死，脾白髓与淋巴结小结萎缩，中毒性肾病与肾小球肾炎，脑充血、水肿、出血，神经细胞变性与微细液化灶形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chronic selenium toxicosis was successful reproduced in experimental goats byfeeding with natural seleniferous feedstuffs (Se:ll 0304ppm).The clinical signs weredepression,inappetence,loss of wool, itch sensation in the skin,increase in the heartrate respirafory distress,and death as the result of respiratory falure,Post-mortem:congestion edema,focal necrosis and fibrosis in the heart muscles,pulmonary edema,congestion and hemorrhdge,liver degeneration,focal necrosis,reduction and atrophyof the white pulp and lymph old follicles in the spleen and lymph nodes toxicnephritis and glomerulonephritis,degeneration and encephalomalacia in the cerebrumwere common finding.更多还原
