【摘要】 分离自鹌鹑的火鸡隐孢子虫（Ｃｒｙｐｔｏｓｐｏｒｉｄｉｕｍｍｅｌｅａｇｒｉｄｉｓ）经口感染２日龄鹌鹑，潜在期（Ｐｒｅｐａｔｅｎｔｐｅｒｉｏｄ）为３６，开放期（Ｐａｔｅｎｔｐｅｒｉｏ）为４～１８ｄ。它在鹌鹑体内发育史过程为：卵囊经口接种后，于十二指肠、空肠、回肠肠腔中子孢子脱囊，至接种后６ｈ全部子孢子脱囊完毕。接种后６ｈ在小肠中出现滋养体（大小为３．１６μｍ）。接种后１２ｈ在小肠中出现内含８个裂殖子的裂殖体（大小为４．６１×３．９６μｍ）及裂殖子（大小为４．３２×０．９５２μｍ），接种后４８ｈ滋养体和裂殖体开始出现于直肠。接种后５４ｈ，在小肠、直肠中出现含有１６个子弹形小配子的小配子体（大小为３．４１×３．３０μｍ）。小配子（大小为０．８７２×０．４５２μｍ）与大配子（大小为４．６１-×４．３５μｍ）结合，形成合子。接种后７２ｈ出现未孢子化的厚壁型卵囊。滋养体、裂殖体、大配子、小配子体、厚壁型卵囊均处于宿主肠绒毛上皮细胞的带虫空泡之中。厚壁型卵囊于带虫空泡中孢子化。本文是首次有关Ｃ．ｍｅｌｅａｇｒｉｄｉｓ发育史的完整和详尽的报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prepatent period for Cryptosporidium meleagridis was 3 days post oral inocula-tion (PI) of oocysts isolated from quails (Coturnix coturnix), and the patent periodwas 4-18 days PI for the quails inoculated at 2 days of age. The life cycle of Crypto-sporidium melegaridis in quails is described as follows.Excystation that sporozoites were released froni oocysts occurred in the lunien ofduodenum, jejunum, ileum 2-4h PI and no oocysts of oral inoculation existed 6h PI.Trophozoites (measured 3.16μm) first appeared in the microvillous region of enterocytes(MRE) of the small intestine 6h PI. Mature meronts (4.61×3.96μm) with 8 merozoitesfirst appeared in tlie MRE of the small intestine 12h PI. Trophozoites and maturenieronts first appeared in the MRE of colon 48h PI. In the MRE of the small intestineand colon 54h PI first appeared microgamonts (3.41×3.30μm) with 16 microgametes.Released microgametes(0. 872×0. 452μm) Penetrated into macrogametes (4.61×4.35μm)to form zygotes. Unsporulated oocysts with thick-walls first appeared 72h PI. Trophozoi-tes, mature meronts, macrogametes, microgamonts and thick-walled oocysts were foundin the parasitophorous vacuoles (PV) of the MRE. Thick-walled oocysts were sporulatedin the PV.
