儿童最大吸氧量与体格发育关系的研究
Relationship Between Maximal Oxygen Iutake and Physical Developmeut in Chinese Chil dren
【摘要】 本文报告了463名10~19岁男女儿童少年最大吸氧量与体格发育的关系。相关分析可见,VO2max、VO2max/身高及VO2max/最大心率与身高、体重及瘦体重(LBM)等体格发育变量有高度正相关;VO2max/体重与各体格变量,男童呈较低的正相关,女童为较低的负相关;VO2max/LBM与各体格变量,男女童均无相关。按身高、体重及LBM分组,将男女儿童分别分为发育较好(第1)组及较差(第2)组,比较两组VO2max的SDS值,可见第1组VO2max、VO2max/身高、VO2max/最大心率的SDS值均大于第2组;而VO2max/体重及VO2max/LBM的SDS值恰恰相反.分组SDS值的比较结果与相关分析结果一致,作者认为体重及LBM可能是出响VO2max的主要因素。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the relationship between maximal oxygen intake and physical development in 463 chinese children and adolescents, aged 10-19 years. High positive correlations were found between VO2max.VO2max/height and VO2max/HRmax with body height. weight and lean body mass (LBM). The correlationcoefficients of VO2max/weight with physical development indices were positive in boys. while those were negative in girls. According to their height. weight and LBM. the boys and girls were divided into 2 subgroups,better (first) and relatively poor (second) groups. respectively. SDSs (standard deviation score ) of VO2maxwere compared between first and second group.. SDSs of VO2max. VO2max/height and VO2max/HRmax inlst group were larger than those in 2nd group. In contrast. SDSs of VO2max/weight and VO2max/LBM weresmaller in lst group. The results of correlation analysis were in keeping with those of comprision of SDS between groups. It is suggested that weight and LBM are probably main factors influencing VO2max.
