【摘要】 ７０例高血压病分成三个亚组：Ⅰ组左室结构正常组，４７例；Ⅱ组单纯左室肥厚组（ＬＶＭＩ＞１２０ｇ／ｍ￣２）１３例；Ⅲ组左室肥厚并左室扩大（ＬＶＥＤＩ＞５５ｍｍ）组１０例。此外根据ＬＡ大小分成ＬＡ≥４０ｍｍ组１９例及ＬＡ＜４０ｍｍ组５１例。正常对照组２３例。应用Ｕｌｔｒａｍａｒｋ－９彩色多普勒显像仪测定有关参数。结论：ＬＡ扩大是高血压病对左心影响的早期表现，与其相关的因素有年龄、ＬＶＭＩ及Ａ／Ｅ三个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventy subjects with mild to moderate essential hypertension( EH)were divided into 3 subgroups:Group I with normal left ventricular(LV) structure(n=47); Group II with simple LV hypertrophy(LVH, LVMI> 120g/m￣2)(n=13); Group III with LVH and LV enlargement(LVEDI>55mm) (n=10).In addition,according to left atrial(LA)size, LA≥40mm group(n=19) and LA< 40mm group(n=51)were also divided.23 normal subjects are as control. Using Ultramark-9 Color-Doppler echocardiography measure correlative indices. Conclusion: LA enlargement is an early sign of the influence of EH to LV. The correlative factors of LA enlargement are age, LVMI and LV diastolic function.更多还原
