【摘要】 对２８例先心病患者进行了脉冲多普勒超声心动图，右心导管及右室造影检查，探讨了影响脉冲多普勒肺动脉血流频谱时间间期的因素．结果表明，右室射血前期．加速时间，加速时间／右室射血前期及加速时间／右室射血期主要受右室后负荷的影响；右室射血期受右室后负荷及每搏量影响；右室射血前期／右室射血期不仅受右室后负荷影响，而且受右室收缩功能状态的影响．更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty eight patients with congenital heart disease were examined by pulsed Doppler echocardiography,right heart catheterization and right ventricular cineangiography.The determinants of the time intervals derived from pulmonary pulsed Doppler blood spectrum were a nalyzed.The results showed that right preejection period(RPEP)and accel eration time(AT)were determined mainly by mean pulmonary arterial pressure,AT/RPEP and the ratio of AT to right ventricular ejection time(RVET),i.e.,AT/RWT, determined by pulmonary systolic arterial pressure;RVET was influenced by both mean pulmonary arterial pressure and right ventricular stroke volume; RPER/RVET was determined by not only mean pulmonary arterial pressure,but also right ventricular ejection fraction.We conclude that influential factors should be considered when pulmonary artery pressure or right ventricular ejection fraction was estimated by the above parameters.更多还原
