铸渗工艺在冷激凸轮轴生产中的应用研究
Research on Application of Cast Penetration Process to Production of Chilled Camshafts
【摘要】 通过铸渗工艺(在碲或碲化物作用下),可使凸轮轴工作表面形成4~8mm白口层,其硬度为48~50HRC;以求达到不用冷铁生产冷激铸铁凸轮轴.
【Abstract】 Experiment showed that a chilled layer with thickness of 4~ 8mm and hardness of 48~50 HRC could be formed on the working surfaces of camshaft by cast penetrating of tellurium so that the chilled camshaft could be produced without chills
