【摘要】 用ＬＤＨ释放法检测了５０例正常人、３５例肝癌及３１例慢性活动性肝炎（慢活肝）患者外周血ＮＫ细胞活性，其均值±标准差分别为３５．８％±５．６％、１５．８％±４．９％及１８．７％±６．２％，前者与后二者之间皆有非常显著差异（ｐ＜０．０１），表明肝癌及慢活肝患者体内免疫功能较正常人低。本文亦对ＬＤＲ释放法加以改进，提出效应细胞浓度为２．０×１０６／ｍｌ，孵育时间１６ｈ及酶促终止时间为５ｍｉｎ等条件，具有更稳定、简便、适合大批测定之优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The peripheral blood NK cell activityof 35 patients with liver cancer,31 patients withchronic active hepatitis and 50 healthy persons wereestimated by modified LDH release assay.The re-sults showed that the NK cell activity of the patientswith liver cancer and chronic active hepatitis was sig-nificantly lower than that of the controls(P<0.01),thus it is suggested that the immune function of thepatients was a little lnore low than the controls. Inthis paper,we found that 2.0×106/ml of the effec-SSSStive cells,16 hours for incubating time and 5 minutesfor enzyme reaction may acquire the better results.更多还原
