36例脑卒中病人血丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶浓度测定及临床意义

【摘要】 通过测定脑卒中病人血丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),发现脑出血或脑梗塞病人MDA升高、SOD降低,具有统计学意义。脑卒中病人脑组织均有自由基所致损伤,从而为抗自由基的临床治疗提出了科学的理论依据。

【Abstract】 By the determination of the malonaldehyde(MDA)and the Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)in the bloodof the patients with cerebral apoplexy , it was found that inthe patients of cerebral haemorrhage or/and cerebralthrombosis, the MDA increased and SOD decreased,which both had statistical signifcance.It shows that thebrain tissues of stroke all have been injured by the freeradical and this result provides scientific theoretical basisfor the clinical therapy of against free radical.
