脑血管畸形的CT及MR诊断
CT and MR Diagnosis of Intracranial Vascular Malformations
【摘要】 搜集用CT或MR检查的颅内动静脉畸形26例及动脉瘤4例。手术或脑血管造影前的诊断正确率仅为63％。认真分析之后正确率可达到90％，文内讨论了误诊的原因及今后的努力方向。
【Abstract】 We collected 26 cases of AVM and 4 cases of aneurysm which were examined by CT or MR. The diagnostic accuracy before EAG or operation was 63%. After a careful analysis it may reach to 90%. The false reason were discussed.
