【摘要】 作86例冠心病患者PTFv₁与核素心血地显象所测左心功能的有关参数对照分析,结果:（1）一0. 03mm·s<PTFv₁≤-0.02mm·s时,峰充盈率、射血分数、相角程异常,（2）PTFv₁≤-0.03mm·s时,诊断左心功能不全的特异性较高,但敏感性较低,假阴性率高;而PTFv₁≤-0.02mm·s,时则敏感性、特异性、真阳性率均较高.提示:PTFv₁值评价冠心病并早期左心功能不全,以≤-0.02mm·s为标准更合适.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the authors reports their comparison of ECG image of PTFv1 with relative parameters of left ventricular function measured by radionuclide gated cardiac blood-pool imaging and analysis the relationship between both in 86 patients with CHD. The results showed: (1)PFR (peak fill rate), LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction) and Phase exhibited abnormal values when-0. 03mm ·S<PTFv1≤-0. 02mm ·s. (2)If left ventricular function insufficieny is diagnosed with PTFv1≤-0. 03mm ·s. the specificity is relatively high the sensitivity isrelatively poor and false negative rate is high,but PTFv1≤-0.02mm ·s, the true positive rate, sensitivity, specificity and are relatively high. These results have suggested that it is more reasonable to regard PTFv1≤-0. 02mm ·s. as an indicator of CHD complicated with early left ventricular function functional insufficiency.更多还原
