【Abstract】 In this paper,a system of multimeasuring probes for automeasuring the geometrical precision of the eam spindle is introduced. This system is composed of mechanical apparatus, high precision cirole grating encoders, grating displacement sensor, interface circult of control and mi crocomputer. This instrument can carry out auto-measurement of the earn spinder quickly.These features are possessed of convent ent mounting and adjustment,accurate location, high measuring accuracy, simple operation and high working reliability in this system.更多还原
