【Abstract】 According to the informations got from attending the CPEM’92 and 19th CCE meeting hold in June, 1992 in Pan$and referring some papers submitted to the conferences by various countries, the recent developments in the absolute measurements and the quantum standards of electric units,;the DC and low frequency(up to 1 MHz) electrical standards and their transmission or comparison apparatus and some fundamental constant measurements in the world are described.
