【Abstract】 From January 1975 to April 1993, eighteen cases of the acute clossed traumatic diaphragma- tocele were hospitalized and treated. All of the patients of this group were operated upon; 17 were cured, 1 died postoperatively. This treatise tries to approach the subject from its pathogenesis, di- agnosis and treatment, emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis, timely-operation and proper management of the complicated lesion.更多还原
