陕甘川重要小麦品种抗条锈基因分析
Postulated Genes for Resistance to Stripe Rust in Seedlings of Wheat Cultivars from Shaanxi, Gansu and Sichuan Provinces
【摘要】 根据对16个国外和4个国内已知毒性基因的小麦条锈菌反应,结合系谱分析,研究了39个陕西、甘肃、四川省重要小麦品种所具有的抗条锈基因.试验结果显示,已知抗病基因Yr1、2、3、7、9、10、SD、Su等分布在20个品种中,其中11个品种含有Yr9.3个品种对供试菌系均表现抗病反应,2个品种抵抗大多数供试菌系,表明它们具有主效的未知抗病基因或基因组合.其它14个品种仅对少数菌系具有抗性,它们可能另有未知抗病基因.
【Abstract】 The presence of genes for resistance to stripe rust ( Puccinia striiformis ) was studied in 39 wheat cultivars from Shaanxi, Gansu and Sichuan provinces based on determining their reactions to 16 alien and 4 Chinese strains with different virulent genes and analysing their pedigrees. Only 8 known genes Yr1,Yr2,Yr3,Yr7,Yr9,Yr10,YrSu and YrSD,either alone or in combination,were postulated in 20 of 39 wheat cultivars tested. Gene Yr9 derived form rye was present in 11 cultivars. The results also showed that 3 cultivars were resistant to all isolates and 2 resistant to most of the isolates tested,which implied the presence of unknown major Yr-gene(s). The remaining cultivars probabley had some addi-tional genes which were effective against only a few races.
