大豆品种蛋白质、油分含量在杂种后代的优势表现及分离变异

【摘要】 利用大豆不同杂交类型的23个组合,研究了亲子代及F1、F2和F3代间遗传变异的相互关系.结果显示,高含量亲本对后代表现有部分显性作用.多边组合蛋白质含量、油分含量在F1、F2和F3世代的平均数介于两亲之间,偏高和偏低组合几乎各占一半,优势强度在组合间有一定差异,故合理选择亲本有可能获得比两亲表现更优良的组合.两亲差异大小与后代的分离幅度和各类型的分离比例大小有关.差异大时,各世代的变异也相对较大,介于两亲的比例较高,差异小的各世代的变异也相对较小,介于两亲比例较小.正、反交对后代的蛋白质含量的平均变异度和分离无影响,但对少数组合的油分含量的分离有一定的影响.二性状在F2代的平均遗传力较低,变异幅度较大,但F3以株行为单位的遗传力较高.

【Abstract】 F1, F, and F3 generations of twenty-three crosses among nine paren tal cultivars with different protein, oil contents were used to study the relations of genetic variability between offsprings and parents, and among generations.The results indicated that the mean mid-parent heterosis of protein content increased as the generation advanced, probably, due to the decrease of hybrid vigor in seed yield, and parents with high oil content expressed partial dominance in the progenies. Generation means of most crosses were in the range of two parents. No cytoplasmic effects on protein content were found, but there were some cytoplasmic effects on oil content in a few combinations. The heritability were lower in F2 plant, but higher in F3 lines.
