前期干旱锻炼对谷子水分利用效率的影响

【摘要】 以谷子为材料,在盆栽条件下研究了前期干旱锻炼对谷子水分利用效率的影响.实验结果表明,不论苗期还是拔节期的干旱锻炼,都使其生育后期的水分利用效率显著提高,水分利用效率提高的原因并不是由于耗水绝对量的减少,而是干旱锻炼改善了叶片的同化功能,使同化能力的增长超过了蒸腾的增加.从叶片净光合速率、叶绿素含量、叶片渗透调节能力等都可以看出干旱锻炼的积极作用.在前期干旱程度较严重的干旱锻炼条件下,后期增加少量供水量能大幅度提高产量和用水效率.在前期中度干旱锻炼条件下能节约大量用水,籽粒产量变幅不大,但水分利用效率显著提高.

【Abstract】 The effects of drought hardening in earlier growing stage on water utilization efficiency (WUE) of Millet was studied. Experiment results showed that,drought hardening in seedling or jointing stage could remarkably improve WUE in late stage,the reason for such increasing not be-ing due to the reduction of water consumption. Drought hardening had improved the leaf photo-synthetic capacity, the increase of assimilation exceeding the increase of transpiration. From the change of leaf net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content and leaf osmoregulation capacity,the favorable function of drought hardening could be showed. Under the condition of serious drought hardening in earlier growing stage, the grain yield and WUE of crop could be remarkably in-creased after adding small amount of water, Much water could be saved under the condition of medium drought hardening, meanwhile, the change of grain yield is small, the WUE could be in-creased remarkably.
