玉米赤霉烯酮与冬小麦的生长与发育

【摘要】 实验采用酶联免疫法分析了冬小麦(燕大 1817)(Triticum aestivum L.Yan Da 1817)在不同条件(低温、短日或长日)下内源玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,以下简称ZEN)的动态变化,并通过在不同时期外施ZEN探讨外源ZEN对冬小麦生长发育的影响.结果表明,ZEN可能是冬小麦生长与发育的重要调节物质之一.短日诱导可以代替低温春化,低温春化和短日诱导期间内源ZEN 峰值的出现标志着低温春化或短日诱导的结束.外源ZEN可以部分代替低温春化和短日诱导的作用;在长日诱导期间,ZEN与长日对低温春化效应的稳定作用有关;在诱导条件下,外源ZEN有促进穗发育的作用;冬小麦对外源ZEN的敏感性与环境条件(低温或短日)有关.

【Abstract】 The changes of the endogenous ZEN (zearalencne) levels of Triticum aestrvum L. Yan Da 1817 in different cornditions were assayed by ELISA,and the treatments of exogenous ZEN in different developmental stages of winter wheat were carried out. It showed that ZEN was very likely one of the necessary regulators to growth and development of winter wheat. Short-day induction can replace ver-nalization of winter wheat, It’s a marker of the completions of vernalization or short-day induction that the levels of ZEN reached certain peaks. Exogenous ZEN can partly replace vernalization or short-day induction,but the effects of ZEN on vernalization and short-day induction were different. The long-day induction period, ZEN may be in relation to stabilization of the effect of vernsiization by long-day induction. ZEN can enhance ear development of winter wheat. The sensitivity of winter wheat to ZEN depends on various enviromental conditions.
