9个水稻品种对水稻白叶枯病(Xant homonas oryzae pv.oryzae)的抗性遗传研究

【摘要】 研究了8个籼稻抗病品种川植4号、川植5号、三黄占2号、二九丰、扬稻1号、75—34、83007、NT02和1个粳稻抗病品种湘虎25对水稻白叶枯病菌系P1、HB84-17或T1的抗性遗传.这些抗病品种分别与感病品种沈农1033或金刚30杂交,所得的F1、F2和B1F1群体的抗性反应,表明8个籼稻品种对P1和HB84-l7的全生育期抗性均由一对不完全显性的基因控制,该抗性基因与Xa-4是等位的;粳稻品种湘虎25的成株抗性则由一对显性基因控制,该基因与Xa-3相等位.

【Abstract】 The inheritance and allelic relationship of genes for resistance to strains P1 and HB84-17 of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae in eight indica rice cultivars (Chuanzhi 4, Chuanzhi 5. San-huangzhan 2. Erjiufeng, 83007, 929, 75-34, NT02) and one japonica rice cultivar Xianghu 25 were studied. Analyses of F1, F2 and B1 F1 populations from the crosses of the nine cultivars with susceptible cultivar. Shenhong1033 or Jingang 30, revealed that the resistance in the eight indica rice cultivars at the all growth stages was controlled by a single incomplete dominant gene. Al-lelism tests with known genes for resistance have indicated that the incomplete dominant gene in the eight cultivars is allelic to trolled by a dominant gene which is one of the alleles at the Xa-3 locus.
